Patient and Family Advisory Council
Let your voice be heard. Join our Patient and Family Advisory Council.
Everyone's hospice experience is an individual journey. We want to hear about your journey in order to gain insight about our hospice services and quality patient care. This is a great opportunity to share your experience and help others. If this is of interest to you, we invite you to join the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) for BJC Hospice.
Our Mission
The mission of the Patient and Family Advisory Council is to ensure dignity and respect at the end of life by strengthening our partnership with the patient, family, staff, and community. Through honest communication we give voice to our patients and families and learn from their experiences in order to enhance the care provided by BJC Hospice.
Our Vision
To be a guiding team of patients, family, and staff that collaborate to ensure the highest standard of hospice care and support for patients, families, and the greater community.
